Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 30 days or more: 90% refund of total amount
• 15 to 30 Days: 50% refund of total amount
• Less Then 15 Days: No Refund
• Note: No Refund in Case of No Show, Roadblocks, Accidents, etc

If your booking is cancelled due to Acts of God like Bad Weather, Heavy Rainfall, etc. You can claim a refund from us, or you can book another date based on availability.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. if you do not receive a reply within one business day, please call at our support number below. We will not be responsible if email, mail fails to reach us.

All Refund/Cancellation requests shall be sent through email/mail in writing and sent at the earliest possible. No Refund shall be processed unless a written request (email or mail) is received.

Mode of Refund and Timeframe: refunds will be processed to your bank account only and make upto 10-15 business days. All the refunds will be done through NEFT transfer only. No refund will be done through cash.
